About the event

Aimed at Arborists and woodland practitioners, this is an ideal introduction to the often misunderstood world of bats.

Most people are aware that bats are protected, but what does that mean to you? How does that affect what you do with trees? If you are involved in tree felling or woodland management then this course is for you.

As an ecologist and experienced tree climber, Rich is able to bridge the gap between ecology and Arb in a sway that makes the course easy to relate to, while his enthusiasm means that it is not a dull day sat in the classroom!

With both a theory and practical session there is potential opportunities to discover real bat roosts and learn what clues you can use to identify them yourself.

Price: £140pp
